Frequently asked questions

The basics on what Simulation Baseball is, how it plays, and how to get in early. Still stuck? Email [email protected].

What is Simulation Baseball?

Simulation Baseball is a next-generation, browser-based baseball franchise simulator. It features full front-office management (scouting, drafting, trading, free agency, farm systems), a purpose-built play-by-play simulation engine, and online multiplayer leagues with up to 30 human managers.

When does Simulation Baseball launch?

Simulation Baseball is targeting a Fall 2026 launch. Beta signups are open now at simulationbaseball.com.

Is Simulation Baseball free?

Beta access is free, with no microtransactions or pay-to-win mechanics. Final pricing has not been announced.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Simulation Baseball runs entirely in your browser on desktop and mobile. There is nothing to install and no plugins required.

Can I play solo or with other people?

Both. Play a single-player franchise against AI front offices, or run an online league with up to 30 human managers, with AI filling any open teams.

How realistic is the simulation?

The engine weighs hundreds of performance factors and models real player development, aging, morale, and personality, all grounded in real Major League data. Every game is played out pitch by pitch into full box scores, statistics, and standings.

How do I join the beta?

Add your email on the homepage at simulationbaseball.com. We are inviting beta managers in waves ahead of the Fall 2026 launch, and signups get first access.

How is it different from Out of the Park Baseball and other sims?

Simulation Baseball delivers that depth of front-office and play-by-play simulation entirely in the browser, with real-time online leagues and nothing to download or install. It is free to play in beta with no microtransactions and no pay-to-win, and it works the same on desktop and mobile.

Ready to run your franchise?
